Online services are now availble to register for, if you have previously registered please contact the surgery for new log in details.  

Patient Access – Important Information
We kindly ask for your understanding that Patient Access is an optional third-party service and is not operated or supported by the surgery.
 
Our reception and administrative staff have not received training from Patient Access and therefore cannot provide technical support, troubleshoot login issues, resolve registration problems or assist with problems accessing the app.
 
If you experience any difficulties with setting up, logging into or using Patient Access, you will need to contact Patient Access directly and resolve the issue with their support team.
 
Please do not contact the surgery expecting our staff to resolve Patient Access issues, as unfortunately we are unable to do so.

If you are having any issues you can download the following information sheets for either Android or Apple.  As this service is provided by a third party staff are unable to fully advise on set up please contact the provider for help.
